Combined Amanda and Brett have over 22 years of real estate investing experience. We specialize in commercial projects from Hotel to Short Term Conversions, ADUs, Self Storage, Flips & Uplifts, Short term, Medium Term and Long Term Rental Projects in Southern California. We can consult on projects out of state. Amanda has a design degree and her niche is transforming properties to add value. Brett specializes in long term buy and hold commercial assets with an emphasis on Multifamily, Industrial and Retail. We will assist you in purchasing or selling real estate, and provide our clients with all of the resources and guidance they would like for their projects. In most cases we provide these services free for our clients, but in some cases a consultation fee or project fee may be required. We are not leasing agents or property managers. Please do not contact us for wholesale deals, we are not wholesalers.
